Lab21 ("Company") values users' personal information and complies with relevant laws including the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Personal Information Collected

The current version does not use game accounts or social sign-in and does not collect email addresses, Apple IDs, or Google account information for sign-in.

• Scores and play records are stored on your device.
• Gameplay events (such as mode, difficulty, and score), device information, and identifiers processed by SDKs may be transmitted for analytics and advertising.
• Purchases and restoration are handled through your app store.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• Game service provision, usage analytics, and advertising
• Prevention of fraudulent use and service improvement
• Customer inquiry response

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, the company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if retention is necessary under relevant laws, it will be stored for a certain period.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The company does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, the following cases are exceptions:

• When users have given prior consent
• When required by law or by investigative agencies according to procedures and methods defined by law

5. Processing Entrustment

The company entrusts personal information processing as follows for service provision:

• Firebase (Google): Usage analytics
• Google AdMob: Advertising
• Apple App Store and Google Play: Purchases and restoration

6. User Rights

Local records can be removed by clearing app data or browser storage. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by the company, including accounts from earlier versions, please use the contact below. Clearing app data does not delete app store purchase history.
